      • It's important to mention new studies that are being developed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic regarding Vitamin D as a way to successfully combat the virus.
        These studies have been carried out by the University of Debrecen in Hungría and by the GrassrootsHealth Nutrient Research Institute.

In his recent studies Dr. Robert Heaney (endocrinologist and Research Director  at GrassrootsHealth Nutrient Research Institute of California), considers that we should access daily doses of 8 to 10,000ui to have the desired bio positive effects .

      Solarium and Vitamin D

      • Vitamin D is essential for good health and its prolonged absence can lead to serious health problems. The advantatges it give us are, for example:
        • Improving immunodeficiency since it acts at the circulatory level increasing the creation of white blood cells which are the responsible in the blood to indicate and create the antibodies of the defenses in case of viral or bacterial attack.

In medical and sientific circles, unanimously accepted that in natural state, the highest percentage of Vitamin D is transmitted through the skin using moderate Ultra Violet light.
      Vitamin D, also known as calciferol, is a fat soluble vitamin, whose precursor is produced by ultraviolet radiation.
      Renowned Vitamin D experts recommend moderate sunbathing with modern equipment or sunbathe with natural sun at least twice a week.
       Vitamin D and Covid19
      We have to be prepared with high defenses since almost all the seriously ill and deceased by Covid, have a respiratory problem or associated risk and as a common denominator allong all, an immune deficiency.
